It’s our pleasure to introduce photographer of the day Lauren Sanderson of Huntsville, Alabama. Her beautiful images of families will be cherished and shared for generations to come.
Hi, I’m Lauren and I am a professional photographer in Huntsville Alabama. I have been married for 13 years to my high-school sweetheart, and we just sent our 3 girls back to school… my oldest is entering 2nd grade, and our babies, twin girls, just started Kindergarten. I started my photography business in 2008 while also working full-time for a local telecom startup, a job I still am very fortunate to have and love. I have been an active member of Clickin Moms for 6 years, and in September 2013, I joined the Click Magazine production team and am in charge of editing and retouching every image for each bimonthly issue… a job I am so proud to have and a team I love being a part of. I am honored to have had images featured by National Geographic, Click Magazine, and Shutter Magazine.
For the last 8 years I’ve mainly photographed families, but I’ve recently shifted my focus to the photography needs of local small businesses. Having run a small business myself, understand how important professional and beautiful product images are to the success and future of these businesses. Upon researching the local area, I realized there was a HUGE need for modern, bright, aesthetically pleasing photography for local businesses… from food trucks to florist shops and everything in-between.
I am also a huge advocate for capturing real life and compiling those moments into yearbooks. I want my girls to have a library of images to look through, that showcases all the amazing moments of their life, big and small, happy and sad.
