Editor pick- Photographer of the day
First and foremost, I am happy and proud to be a wife to my best friend and a mother to three rambunctious little ones, the older two being twins. I was born and (mostly) raised here in Mobile. I attended McGill-Toolen Catholic High School and went on to graduate from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Being a true Southern girl, I’m a lover of seafood and sweet tea. When I’m not immersed in capturing memories through my lens, I love to curl up with a good book. (Outlander anyone?)
I believe that everyone has a story that deserves to be told in pictures. I love capturing images that show detail and are full of emotion, as I believe those are the ones that show the essence of time. I strive to capture the natural beauty and genuine connections of my clients so they will be able to recall this brief and special time years from now. True heart-felt images guarantee these memories will last forever, coming back to life again and again with each glance.
Why do I focus on maternity and baby photography? Simple. I am drawn to the beauty of new life. My heart soars with the love and anticipation that fills parents to be, and it’s melted by squishy cheeks and lips, tiny fingers and toes, flaky skin, and the fresh new scent of newborns. Those little details quickly change and before we know it, these precious little ones are running around with personalities all of their own. Although I have been blessed with three wonderful children, there was a time when I feared I would never become a mother. My battle with infertility gave me a greater appreciation for new life. Time is fleeting, and memories will fade. I want to capture the uniquely beautiful details of this brief and special time for others before the chance is gone.
If you have any questions, or are interested in booking a Newborn, Maternity, Fresh 48, or Birth Session, please contact me. I would love to work with you to create genuine, natural and timeless images of your family for you to treasure always.
