I had found out through a friend that Tonya was looking for tattooed mothers for a personal growth portfolio. I thought to myself how wonderful this was, as a mother of a 1 year old and 6 months pregnant it was a perfect fit. Tonya was very easy to work with and really interested in the stories behind my tattoos. I felt comfortable to share my story and was at ease with being photographed openly. Even when my son became difficult to work with she was calm and just went with it. In the end I love how she captured the bond between my son and I with my personal artwork showcased. I feel privilaged to be a part of this portfolio and the growth of Tonya as an artist.
